THE ORDERING PROCESS

ORDER CONFIRMATION
The buyer will receive an order confirmation via email before any product is shipped. By receiving the confirmation, the buyer agrees to receive the product as confirmed. The buyer has 24 hours from the time the confirmation is received to contact Sukwa Saddle Blankets regarding cancelling or adjusting the order.

WEB COMMERCE
No products or goods purchased from or produced by Sukwa Saddle Blankets shall be resold by or through any online auction or online store (such as Ebay, Amazon or other similar sites) with the express, written permission of Sukwa Saddle Blankets. No products or goods purchased from or produced by Sukwa Saddle Blankets may be sold via a private website unless special written permission is granted by Sukwa Saddle Blankets. In the event permission is granted, the seller must use images and descriptions created and supplied by Sukwa Saddle Blankets.

PAYMENT METHODS & SHIPPING

We currently accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment via PayPal. The buyer will be charged the full amount at the time the order is placed. All payments will be in US dollars. Every blanket incurs a flat shipping fee of $30 and each blanket can take 2-6 weeks to ship. All blankets will be shipped directly from Kenya via DHL. 

NOTICE OF DEFECTS/RETURNS 

The buyer must make any claims of product defect, including but not limited to those related to a shortage, quality or specification, within the first 7 days after the receipt of merchandise. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt to ensure delivery matches its order. 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS 

In the event of damaged products, the buyer is to take a picture of the product and email it to info@sukwasaddleblankets.com. A return shipping label will be provided to the buyer. As soon as the product is received, credit will be issued. All credits will be applied to future orders.

RETURN POLICY

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all merchandise upon receipt and ensure delivery matches your order. All returns must be processed via the website, accessible HERE. A written authorization from Sukwa Saddle Blankets must be obtained by the buyer for any returned merchandise. All returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. A $20 re-stocking fee will apply to all returns. Returns incur store credit. All credits must be applied to future orders. 

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS WITH KNOWN DEFECTS 

The buyer must notify Sukwa Saddle Blankets in writing of all claims for damages resulting from late delivery or any other defect that is known to the buyer at the time the buyer accepts the merchandise. The buyer hereby waives any claim for damages resulting from any defect the buyer is aware of, including late delivery, at the time the buyer accepts the merchandise.
